Ohtemachi and the International Conference Center's surrounding area
Ohtemachi is in the center of Toyama city. The International Conference Center, the Citizen Plaza, the ANA crowne plaza Toyama, and the Castle Park surround the Ohte Mall in Ohtemachi. The Conference Center can be used to hold various meetings and events using both the mall and its surrounding facilities.
Used in connection with the hotel
The hotel can be used in connection with the Conference Center. The ANA crowne plaza Toyama is connected to the International Conference Center through an underground passage. Several types of banquets, from the buffet-style reception that can accommodate 800 people, to medium and small sized party gatherings for smaller numbers of people are available. The hotel has guestrooms for accommodating 358 people. There are restaurants that serve Japanese dishes, European dishes, and Chinese dishes.
For hosting a convention
There are various (large or small) conference institutions and accommodations in the vicinity. There is the Toyama Prefectural Citizen Hall, the Chamber of Toyama Commerce, the Toyama Daiichi Hotel, the Meitetsu Hotel, etc. The Conference Center is close to Toyama's Government office area (the City Hall, the Prefectural Office and so on). There is also a central shopping district, restaurants and busy streets. It is a good place for arranging conventions combining to these peripheral facilities.

Provisions for a dignified conference
The Main Hall has a booth for simultaneous interpreting, and a multi-purpose conference room that can be divided into four separate areas. There is a special meeting room with specialized high-grade equipment. There are regular meeting rooms, a foyer, and gallery for communication and fellowship, and so on. All of these are available for various conference, exhibition and events when held. As each facility is located for use, the Center is very suitable for an international conference, a national convention, an academic conference, and much more.
